The Leeside Apartments complex was built in 2000 and comprises of seventy seven
self catering apartments in the heart of Cork city. The complex provides
student residential semester accommodation (September to June) and summer
accommodation (short term bookings, June to August). The apartments range from
one to six bedrooms, catering for a total of 160 students. The building
overlooks the north channel of the river Lee and is located within
a six minute walk of UCC and a three minute walk of the vibrant city
centre.
From September 2005, a second apartment complex,
Copley Court Apartments is also taking student accommodation
reservations through the same management company.
